Rates and Availability

 "The Laughing Loon Cottage" Rates:     

• Low Season - April/May/June - 3 night minimum stay $155.00/night or $ 1000.00 per week
• High Season- June 28th thru Sept. 6th - 1 week minimum $1625.00/week
• Additional charges for more than 8 people
• 2 adult mountain bikes available for weekly rental @ $ 75.00 each/week

 "The Laughing Loon Retreat" Rates:     

• Low Season - April/May/June - 3 night minimum stay $175.00/night or $ 1150.00 per week
• High Season- June 28th thru Sept. 6th - 1 week minimum $1725.00/week
• 2 adult mountain bikes available for weekly rental @ $ 75.00 each/week

Payment Method:  Cheque - Cash     Visa - Mastercard    

Saturday check in @ 3:30 pm. to Saturday check out 10:30 am.

Reservation Deposit: A deposit of $500.00, the equivalent to the "damage deposit" or "security deposit" is due at the time of reservation bookings. After confirmation of booking, cancellation policies will apply. A $50.00 fee will be applied if cabin not left clean.

Final Payment: Required 45 days prior to your arrival. If booking 45 days & under, security deposit & full payment must be received at booking.

Cancellations: Shuswap Cabin Rentals requires written notification of cancellation. Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to the day of arrival are subject to a $150.00 administration penalty and for 45 days or less a fee of $150.00 with remaining balance unless re-rented.
